Start up services
Establishing a business presence overseas is an involved and often time consuming task, as you deal with foreign regulations and various business customs. Our NIA’s local knowledge and network means less time handling administrative matters and more time working towards establishing and promoting your business. We offer full support when you set up your businesses in the Russian Federation. NIA can provide your company with Start-up services and survival set (package) including all the legal, tax, accounting and administrative support services which are necessary to enter successfully into the Russian market. This means that you will receive a ‘One-window Solution’ (one-company, one-fee, one-set) on starting your business including all services that your company will need (translation, legal, tax, accounting, HR-hunting, PR, advertising, etc.).
Establishing a company in Russia
- You should choose an entity of your activity in Russia:
- representative office of a foreign company;
- branch office of a foreign company;
- Russian limited Liability Company;
- Private Joint Stock Company (Open and Closed joint-stock companies);

- The minimum size of the authorized capital (shares of a fund) depends on its legal form:
- For a company with limited liability - not less than 8.400 rubles (at about 300 USD).
- For an open joint-stock company - not less than a 84.000 rubles (at about 3.000 USD). For a closed joint-stock company it is not less than 8.400 rubles (at about 300 USD).
Accreditation of representative, branch etc., offices of foreign companies
The accreditation could be provided by several Russian government agencies and ministries including the State Registration Chamber, the Central Bank, Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Moscow or of the Russian Federation. Accreditation is time-consuming (2-3 months) and more expensive than establishing a company. Accreditation fees vary in depends on period of stay-activity (one year - five years).

- Translation and notary certification all the documents necessary for accreditation of the representative or branch office. English may be the global language of business, but in Russia and other CIS markets it is generally very important to have your core sales and marketing materials translated into Russian or another local language. NIA can help you with translation services or validation of translation.
- Accreditation of representations of foreign legal entities for 1-5 years including Entry of the representation into the Consolidated State Register;
- Accreditation of the branch office of foreign legal entity;
