NIA can provide you with full information regarding the procedure and the requirements of arranging business invitations and visas. In the Russian Federation visas are more likely to be issued on a basis of an invitation from a commercial entity.

- preparing (translating) documents for invitation of foreign citizens;
- applying to a government bodies (either State Registration Chamber or Chamber of Trade and Commerce) that accredit rep-offices (branches) in order to obtain the invitation;
- assisting with the extension of visas;
- For your references: Russian legal entities provide visa support for the foreign stuff members by applying for:
- business visa – for business trip or foreign staff members;
- private visa – for family members;
- work visa – for foreign employers at Russian legal entities;
